Learning maths through games
I have been playing a fun game called Double take. You have a 4 by 4 square and first you start off with two number two’s. The goal to win this game is to get to 2048 on the 4 by 4 square not in the score. It is a good addition game so if you're not so sure on addition play this.→Double take
If you can’t move you might get a game over. I think the Double take is fine as it is.

E-asttle maths
I have improved from a 3p to a 4p. I am now at the national standard for my year level. I felt amazed when I got the results. I think Alim helped me to improve my decimals a lot. Alim also helped me with my understanding of multiplying fractions.
Next I would like to learn Algebra and Statistics.

Math worksheet
This week we worked on worksheets some of them were hard and some of them were easy. I got one the was abit hard but it was sometimes a bit easy. I worked on it because it was cool it was different compared to the figure it out books we used to work on. It is really different but I liked it.

Chemical reactions
My classes topic is chemical reactions. Chemical reactions are amazing. Chemical reactions are so cool we watched chemical reactions on youtube they looked awesome. Some chemical reactions are caused by mixing things together.
Chemical reactions make fire. Fire can be made by skimming two rocks together and the spark cause the fire. By doing that the two rocks hit together make tiny chemical reactions which makes a spark and causes the fire to light up.
Fire can also be made by rubbing two pieces of wood together one large and one small you rub the small one on top of the large one. Rubbing the wood together really fast causes heat and the heat causes the fire. The heat is a chemical reaction.
Chemical reactions can do horrible things and wonderful things. You can make your own chemical reactions with everyday things like vinegar, water, salt, alcohol and other things.
High-powered thinking
This figure out book is all about strategies. I had to figure out how many office windows there were on a whole skyscraper. It took me a while but I got through it. One of the buildings had four hundred and seventy five windows. It took me two days to figure out that answer. I tried my hardest and I finished it.
